Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the setup process, ensuring they understand our services and feel supported from day one.
- Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via email, phone, and chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Feedback Collection: Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and reporting insights to the product team to drive improvements.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, account status, and service issues in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure a unified approach to client success.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; however, internship or customer service experience is highly valued.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer navigation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and troubleshoot common issues independently.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a remote environment.
