- Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and live chat, resolving inquiries with a smile.
- Onboard new clients and guide them through our platform's features to ensure maximum utilization.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services to enhance customer value.
- Collaborate with the product team to report bugs and suggest feature improvements based on client feedback.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our product catalog to answer technical questions confidently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required for this entry-level role.
