Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues or product-related questions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal support team to escalate complex issues.
- Conduct product training sessions for new clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for this entry-level position.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
