Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone channels.
- Provide high-quality support and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to suggest process improvements.
- Conduct product training sessions for new team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must reside within the United States (Minneapolis, MN area preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
