Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients using remote desktop tools.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex technical inquiries.
- Adhere to company protocols and quality assurance standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell service plans.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associateās degree preferred.
- Strong, clear communication skills with a focus on empathy and patience.
- Basic computer literacy (Windows and Mac OS).
