Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the problem, developing solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and securely within our CRM database.
- Assist customers with product information, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly performance metrics and KPIs.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while adhering to company policies and brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Must have a reliable computer with high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and computer navigation.
