- Document all interactions and feedback in our CRM system accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve complex escalated issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols through continuous training.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Must have a high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
- Basic computer literacy and proven typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a professional tone.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
