Responsibilities
- Accurately input data from physical documents, digital files, and emails into our proprietary CRM and databases.
- Verify and cross-reference data to ensure high levels of accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist in the scanning and conversion of paper documents to electronic formats.
- Perform regular audits of data entries to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding data processing status and issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 35-40 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
