Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and system malfunctions
- Install and configure software applications on client systems
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting processes
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex technical issues
- Conduct regular system updates and security patch management
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
