Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and email
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and system malfunctions
- Document support tickets and maintain accurate customer interaction records
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex technical challenges
- Conduct routine system updates and security patch installations
- Train end-users on new software implementations and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required
- Previous internship or helpdesk experience a plus
