Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 remote technical support via phone, email, and chat for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows/macOS systems and cloud applications
- Document all troubleshooting processes and solutions in ticketing systems
- Assist with network security protocols and data protection measures
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Conduct remote system installations, configurations, and upgrades
- Develop technical documentation and training materials for end-users
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows/macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office 365
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
