Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Diagnose and resolve technical issues for clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Hardware Setup: Configure and set up remote workstations, ensuring all provided equipment (laptops, monitors, peripherals) is functioning optimally.
- Customer Communication: Deliver clear, friendly, and professional technical guidance to non-technical users, acting as a bridge between complex tech and the client.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions within our CRM systems.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system updates, security checks, and software installations to maintain system integrity.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of computers, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and network connectivity is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Availability: Must be available to work standard business hours, including potential overlap with US time zones.
