- Communicate with team leads for clarification on unclear audio
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Submit completed work through our secure portal
Qualifications
- No prior transcription experience required
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills
- Strong command of English grammar and punctuation
- Ability to type 40+ words per minute (test provided)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
