Responsibilities

- Proofread and edit transcripts to ensure zero grammatical errors and proper punctuation.
- Adhere to strict formatting guidelines and industry standards for each project.
- Manage time effectively to meet daily and weekly production quotas.
- Utilize transcription software and tools to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data and audio files.
- Communicate clearly with the quality assurance team to resolve any audio clarity issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Proficient typing speed (minimum 40 WPM recommended).
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar and spelling.
- Ability to concentrate for long periods while listening to audio.
