Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to internal employees via remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Configure and manage company-issued equipment and security protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve remote workflow processes.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system outages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
- Must reside in Georgia and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote access software (TeamViewer, LogMeIn, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a home office environment.
