Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers during evening and night hours.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely using provided equipment.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.

Qualifications
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule.
