Responsibilities

- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for internal stakeholders and clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize remote workflow processes.
- Document technical procedures and user guides for remote equipment setup.
- Conduct regular maintenance on provided hardware to ensure longevity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT support, technical writing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Teams).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
