Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing.
- Leverage social media, Boolean search, and ATS platforms to identify top-tier talent.
- Conduct engaging phone and video interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Managers to understand technical requirements and build strong talent pipelines.
- Manage the candidate experience through every stage of the hiring process.
- Provide market insights and feedback to hiring managers to optimize recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles (Java, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for relationship building.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
