Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize daily schedules for a team of field technicians and service crews.
- Coordinate the dispatch and return of company-provided equipment to ensure zero downtime.
- Communicate effectively with clients, dispatchers, and field personnel to resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain accurate records in our project management software and dispatch systems.
- Ensure all safety compliance documentation and equipment logs are up-to-date.
- Process work orders and verify job completion details with field staff.
- Act as the primary point of contact for logistics and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business or Construction Management is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in scheduling, logistics, or field operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and dispatch software.
- Valid California driverâs license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
