Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, and forklifts) safely and efficiently on job sites.
- Perform routine maintenance and daily inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and crew members regarding project timelines and site conditions.
- Load and unload materials using heavy equipment and hand tools with precision and care.
- Assist in site cleanup and organization to ensure a professional working environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and mechanical maintenance basics.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
