- Utilize company-provided foot pedals, noise-canceling headsets, and transcription software
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and clarity
- Meet daily production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers for clarification needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 60 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- 2+ years professional transcription experience
- Proficient with company-provided Express Scribe and Nuance Dragon software
- Strong command of English grammar and punctuation rules
- Ability to handle multiple file formats (MP3, WAV, WMA)
