About the Role
As a Weekend Shift Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will use your expertise to resolve issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction rates.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical and customer support to clients during weekend hours.
- Utilize provided equipment to troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while managing high call volumes.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must reside in the Louisville, KY area or be willing to relocate.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or technical support.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
