Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update customer data into internal databases and CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional remote customer support via email, chat, and phone.
- Manage daily task queues and ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and answering product-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

- Must reside in the United States (San Diego, CA preferred, Illinois accepted).
