Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for client inquiries via chat and email.
- Maintain and manage the provided remote work equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve remote service delivery.
- Monitor system health and communicate potential hardware or software issues proactively.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new remote equipment shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and network connectivity.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace are mandatory.
- Ability to work independently with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
