Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate conference calls, and reschedule appointments as needed.
- Email Management: Screen and prioritize incoming emails, draft professional responses, and flag urgent matters for the executive.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct market research, compile data reports, and prepare presentations for upcoming meetings.
- Project Coordination: Assist in managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Handle expense reports, process invoices, and manage basic office administration duties remotely.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
