- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to end-users on-site.
- Document all service calls, repairs, and customer feedback accurately in our digital systems.
- Collaborate with the remote support team to resolve escalated technical issues efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during on-site visits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; technical certification (A+, Network+) is a plus.
- Proven experience in field service, technical support, or related technical roles.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
