- Follow specific client instructions and style guides for various transcription styles.
- Manage audio files using industry-standard transcription software.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding project requirements and technical issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in transcription or the ability to demonstrate exceptional listening and typing skills (minimum 60 WPM).
- Fluency in English with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and transcription-specific tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
