Responsibilities
- Accurately input and manage high-volume data across multiple digital platforms
- Perform quality checks to ensure 99.5% data accuracy through validation protocols
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information following HIPAA/GDPR standards
- Meet weekly productivity targets while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Collaborate with team leads using Asana and Slack for seamless workflow coordination
- Generate daily progress reports and identify data discrepancies for resolution
- Adhere to company data security protocols and maintain audit-ready documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 10-key proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 8am-8pm EST)
