Responsibilities
- Execute project deliverables with minimal supervision across time zones
- Collaborate using agile methodologies via digital platforms (Slack, Asana, Zoom)
- Contribute 20+ flexible hours weekly during core business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST)
- Drive initiatives from ideation to completion with quarterly goal reviews
- Maintain proactive communication through daily stand-ups and weekly syncs
- Optimize workflows using automation tools and AI-driven efficiency systems
- Participate in cross-functional sprints and innovation workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote work experience with documented productivity metrics
- Proficiency in asynchronous collaboration tools (Notion, Trello, Google Workspace)
- Strong time management with demonstrated ability to self-structure workdays
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent portfolio experience
