Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for SaaS platforms and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design iterations and improvements
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill workshops
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders with compelling narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex solutions
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience working in fully remote environments with asynchronous workflows
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
