- Transcribe audio/video recordings with 99%+ accuracy across multiple industries
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols
- Meet daily transcription quotas while maintaining quality standards
- Format documents according to client specifications (MS Word, Google Docs)
- Research and clarify unclear terminology using industry references
- Proofread transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and consistency
- Collaborate with editors to resolve discrepancies efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional transcription experience
- Typing speed of 75+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, and transcription software
