Responsibilities

- Engage with users in a friendly, professional manner to resolve queries, complaints, and technical issues.
- Identify and escalate potential security threats or policy violations to the appropriate moderation team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and report trends or recurring issues to management.
- Collaborate with the wider support team to improve response times and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product changes and new moderation tools to ensure effective performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or chat moderation.
- Fluent in English with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
- Proven ability to type 40+ words per minute with high accuracy.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
