Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write clear, concise documentation for APIs, architecture, and user guides.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in production and development environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
