Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Lead code reviews to ensure best practices and security standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Optimization: Enhance application performance, responsiveness, and SEO rankings to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, participate in technical discussions, and contribute to the team's growth and knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
