Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling complex, high-volume data streams.
- Define 2026 Roadmaps: Identify emerging technologies and define the strategic roadmap for their integration into our core product suite.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Spearhead research initiatives in neural networks and deep learning to push the boundaries of what is currently possible.
- Mentor Elite Teams: Guide and mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI transparency, fairness, and safety in all deployed models.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to align technical vision with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate complex research into actionable product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
