Responsibilities
- Strategic 2026 Planning: Lead the creation and execution of the company’s technology roadmap, specifically focusing on innovations to be deployed by 2026.
- System Evolution: Oversee the modernization of legacy infrastructure, transitioning systems to cloud-native and edge-computing architectures.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, blockchain protocols, and autonomous systems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of architectural excellence, code quality, and forward-thinking problem-solving.
- Performance Optimization: Design systems capable of handling exponential growth in data volume and user traffic, ensuring zero-latency performance.
- R&D Governance: Manage the R&D budget and vendor relationships, selecting partners that align with our long-term 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years in software architecture and engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Programming Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in languages such as Go, Rust, or Python, with experience in functional programming paradigms.
