Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and market disruptions to inform strategic decisions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation impact and ROI

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused tech roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and market forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year horizons
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
