- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives and product leadership to translate strategic vision into actionable development plans.
- Prioritize R&D initiatives based on market potential, competitive analysis, and resource availability.
- Present complex strategic concepts to diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and non-technical investors.
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes to mitigate risks and identify new growth opportunities.
- Drive innovation labs and hackathons focused on next-gen solutions for the 2026 timeframe.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and implementing them at scale.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear strategic insights.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
