Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive long-term technology and AI strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, specifically Generative AI and automation, to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Workforce Transformation: Lead initiatives to redesign organizational structures and workflows for a hybrid, AI-augmented future.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to secure buy-in for futuristic technology implementations.
- Proof of Concepts: Spearhead the development of prototypes and pilots for emerging 2026-era technologies.
- Policy Development: Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Consulting, or Product Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategies to non-technical audiences and influence cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated experience navigating rapid technological changes and market shifts.
