You will report directly to the CTO and work alongside cross-functional teams to execute a comprehensive roadmap designed to future-proof our business.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Vision for workforce operations, focusing on AI integration and remote-first scalability.
- Lead the digital transformation agenda, overseeing the adoption of next-gen collaboration tools and workflow automation.
- Develop comprehensive training programs and upskilling initiatives to prepare employees for the skills required in 2026.
- Analyze market trends and labor market data to forecast future skill gaps and adjust organizational structure accordingly.
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments to build a resilient, diverse, and inclusive culture that supports hybrid and asynchronous work models.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of new strategies, using KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, or management consulting, with a focus on technology sectors.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change management initiatives, specifically regarding digital transformation.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, automation tools, and their impact on future job roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Experience working in a global or remote-first environment is highly preferred.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or Technology Management.
