Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable AI and Machine Learning models for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into existing enterprise infrastructures.
- Define and implement ethical AI governance and data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and model deployment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our solutions are future-proof against emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready ML models at scale.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
