As a key member of our R&D team, you will lead the development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agent systems. You will work with a world-class team of data scientists and engineers to solve problems that don't have answers yet.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning models optimized for scalability and real-time inference.
- Architect robust MLOps pipelines to handle petabytes of data and ensure model reliability in production environments.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications and enterprise platforms.
- Pioneer research in multimodal AI and edge computing to bring intelligence closer to the source of data.
- Drive the adoption of ethical AI practices and ensure transparency in algorithmic decision-making.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience deploying models at scale using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI architectures.
- Experience with data engineering tools (Spark, Kafka, SQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
