Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI models and systems for production deployment by 2026.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, aligning with business objectives.
- Lead the design of robust data pipelines and machine learning workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure architectural best practices are followed.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
