Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technological roadmap, aligning engineering goals with long-term business strategy.
- Lead the design and implementation of microservices and cloud-native architectures to ensure scalability.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into technical reality.
- Stay ahead of emerging tech trends, evaluating their potential impact on our infrastructure.
- Drive technical decision-making and resolve complex architectural challenges.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong command of modern programming languages (Python, Go, or Java).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable systems under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and mentorship.
