- Lead cross-functional strategic planning sessions to align engineering goals with business objectives.
- Oversee the design and implementation of high-availability, future-proof system architectures.
- Manage the R&D budget and mentor junior strategists on predictive tech analysis.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or technology strategy.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformations and implementing disruptive technologies.
- Expert knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI integration strategies.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or PMP are highly preferred.
