Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap, aligning with long-term corporate objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, sustainability, and socio-economic domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for potential future disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for innovation initiatives
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures studies (preferred)
- Exceptional data literacy and proficiency in trend analysis tools
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level executives
- Deep understanding of ESG principles and sustainable business models
- PhD or Master's degree in strategic management, economics, or related field
