Responsibilities

- Mentorship & Leadership: Lead a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating cutting-edge research (e.g., generative adversarial networks, transformer models) into our core products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize system performance to ensure zero-latency user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt architectural strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving high-stakes technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
