Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and execute the technical vision and architectural strategy for our 2026 and beyond projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- System Design & Scalability: Lead the design of complex, scalable, and high-performance distributed systems, focusing on cloud-native solutions and microservices architecture.
- Future-Proofing: Assess emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our current architecture to ensure longevity.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, conducting code reviews, architecture reviews, and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary technical liaison between executive leadership and engineering teams, translating business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee the implementation of robust security protocols and ensure all architectural decisions meet rigorous compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and orchestration.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with a strong understanding of system-level programming.
- Future Tech Familiarity: Demonstrated interest or experience in AI/ML infrastructure, Edge Computing, or next-gen network protocols.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
