Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance systems capable of supporting next-generation AI workloads and autonomous agents.
- Lead the migration and integration of quantum-ready cloud infrastructure across global data centers.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, ensuring security, reliability, and performance at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate futuristic concepts into deployable code.
- Conduct deep technical research to evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into our core platform stack.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices and automated CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles.
- Mentor junior architects and engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in designing distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and future-proofing legacy systems is highly desirable.
