Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for the 2026 Program, bridging AI, Quantum computing, and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead the technical strategy for scaling our core platforms to support exponential growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure feasibility.
- Implement robust security protocols and data governance frameworks for next-gen systems.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into the 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or Quantum computing environments.
- Deep proficiency in languages such as Python, Rust, or C++ and familiarity with distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
